Route controls
Create a rectangle, then drag blue corners or amber edge midpoints to reshape it. Each moved midpoint creates two new edge handles.
Choose “Draw route”, then click the start and end of your line.
Draw at least two waypoints, then finish the route.
Saved plans & imports
TerraSkies JSON, KML coordinates and waypoint CSV (latitude, longitude) are supported. KMZ and proprietary mission formats are not yet supported.

Advanced capabilities
Terrain following
Import a georeferenced elevation model to calculate changing route heights.
Uses the imported model, not live ground sensing. DSMs include trees and buildings; terrain models represent ground. Check model accuracy, age and obstacles. Takeoff must be inside the model. Reimport the model when reopening a plan to edit terrain heights.
Camera & flight
Estimates use a flat surface and camera field of view. They do not account for terrain, wind, obstacles or aircraft limits.
Map & route preview
PREVIEW ONLYStart with a boundary, then set your takeoff location.
Map imagery needs an internet connection. Coordinates and route calculations also work on the blank map.

Exported files include WGS84 coordinates, capture legs, transit legs and a return to the chosen takeoff point. TerraSkies Mission Bridge can preview the file. This planner cannot connect to or fly an aircraft.
